Booking a cleaning service with us is quick and easy! Simply visit our online booking page, select your preferred service, and choose a time that works best for you. We will confirm your appointment via email and text, or offer an alternative time based on our availability.

Yes! We use only non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for both children and pets. To ensure the highest safety, please let us know what pets you have, as we love our Eucalyptus-based products, but prefer not to use them around certain animals. All our products are grey-water safe, but if you have a septic tank, please inform us, and we’ll ensure that any uncertified products are left out. Our goal is to create a healthy, clean environment while minimizing any impact on your family, pets, and the planet.

Not at all! Most of our clients find it convenient to let us in and head out, but if you’d prefer to be home, that’s absolutely fine too. You can simply provide access instructions (e.g., keys, codes) in advance, and we’ll take care of the rest. Alternatively, we’re happy to work around your schedule to make things as easy and comfortable as possible for you!

The length of the cleaning depends on the size of your space and the type of service you choose. Typically, our general cleaning service takes between 1-3 hours. Deep cleaning or move-in/move-out services may take longer, and we will provide an estimated time frame when you book.

We provide non-toxic cleaning services throughout Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, including Bondi Beach, Bellevue Hill, North Bondi, Tamarama, Rose Bay, Woollahra, Bondi Junction, and Bronte. If you're located just outside these areas and aren't sure if we service your suburb, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to accommodate where possible!
