All our products are grey-water safe, but if you have a septic tank, please inform us, and we’ll ensure that any uncertified products are left out. Not at all! Most of our clients find it convenient to let us in and head out, but if you’d prefer to be home, that’s absolutely fine too. You can simply provide access instructions (e.g., keys, codes) in advance, and we’ll take care of the rest. Alternatively, we’re happy to work around your schedule to make things as easy and comfortable as possible for you!
